Washington gets first win of year

Every team in the NBA has at least one win after the Washington Wizards topped Toronto, 93-78. The win moved Washington's record to 1-8 on the year, and Toronto fell to 4-6.
Rashard Lewis and Nick Young each scored 15 points for the Wizards in the win. Lewis and fellow forward Andray Blantche were benched for the start of the game for the first time this year. Blantche came off the bench to score nine points. The Raptors were led by Andrea Bargnani who scored 22 points. Only two other Raptors, Leandro Barbosa and Demar DeRozan scored in double figures for the game.
Washington began to assert their way in the second quarter with a 29-14 run, pushing their lead to 12 points at half. The lead ballooned out to 19 after three quarters at 71-52. The lead jumped to 27 at 79-52 before Toronto finally made another field goal. Washington shot 48% for the game, and Toronto hit a terrible 39% of their shots.
