1.Isiah Thomas-led Detroit to two NBA titles. Averaged nearly 20 points and eight assists per game while with team.
2. Joe Dumars-smart player, now VP of Player Operations for team. Helped Thomas win two titles on court, great defender.
3. Dave Bing- six-time all-star, three-time all-nba pick. Great point guard could score or pass on court.
4. Bailey Howell- averaged 21 points and 12 rebounds while with team. Holds top scoring average for a power forward with team.
5.Bob Lanier-averaged 20 points and 10 rebounds per game, seven-time all-star for team.
6. Bill Laimbeer- averaged a double-double for career. Great force on defensive side, tough guy. Helped team win two NBA titles.
7. Chauncey Billups- led team to six Eastern Conference Finals as point guard.
8. Grant Hill- struggled with injuries during career, or would of been higher. Great talent on court, teams needed him to do more for them while he was there.
9. Ben Wallace- Pistons all-time leader in blocks, great defensive player, four-time all-star. Small for the center spot, makes up for this with a toughness unmatched.
10. Rasheed Wallace- teamed with Wallace, Billups, and Hamilton to win a title. Great talent, fiery personality gets him in trouble.
11. Richard Hamilton- pure shooter is a winner. Still on team, three-time all-star. Injuries have slowed him down a little.
12. Dennis Rodman- amongst leaders of all-time in NBA for rebounds. Did most of his damage after leaving Detroit, played his role well for Pistons and Chicago.
13. Larry Foust- eight-time all-star, played for Pistons in 50's while they were in Fort Wayne.
14. Tayshaun Prince- another member of the Pistons championship runs in the 90's. Consistent shooter and player. Pure shooter, great defender.
15. Rick Mahorn- another member of the 80's Pistons championship teams. Tough guy was a bruiser for team. Teamed with Laimbeer and Rodman in the middle.
16. John Long- good scorer for team. Was member of backcourt with Thomas before Dumars got brought in.
17. John Salley- big guy in the middle, knew his role with Pistons in 80's. Be a big body, defend and rebound.
18. Vinnie Johnson- "the microwave" was known for coming off the bench and filling it up on the court.
19. Mark Agguire- another guy from the 80's, could fill it up for Pistons either as starter or bench guy. Came over from Dallas in his latter years to win a title.
20. Lindsey Hunter- pass-first point-guard who backed up Thomas after being drafted by team.
