This is the best time of the year, for three reasons.
1. Basketball is set to begin. Right now as preseason games are being played, and I am reminded how worthless these games are, one thing comes to mind. The regular season is about to start. October 26th will kick off the games and the season. Can't wait for the preseason to end as these games like the NFL's version are worthless.
2. MLB playoffs are getting to the important games. I am not a huge fan of the 162 games each season takes or the slow game play of baseball. Though I do enjoy watching the games when they matter. Come conference championship time, the games do matter, and I can't wait.
3. Football is five games into the season, both college and professional. This means games will start to be even more important, and we will see upsets and improbable comebacks. The best and the worst teams will emerge in both college and pro, bringing smiles all around.
