NFL Games for Week 8
October 29th 2011 00:05
Arizona at Baltimore: What a terrible game last week for the Ravens. They couldn't even go over the 100 yard mark until the last few minutes of the game. Time to get back on track against the horrible Cardinal defense. Baltimore wins.
Minnesota at Carolina: Look for a shootout here as both teams field weak defenses and sure-handed rookie quarterbacks. Carolina with the more experienced of the two pull out the win.
Jacksonville at Houston: The Jaguars are very offensively challenged so if they can hold the Texans under 10 they have a chance. Houston has too strong of a offense for this to happen as they win.
Miami at NY Giants: Another game which has huge odds for the home team. The Giants cruise and add to the Dolphins dismay.
New Orleans at St. Louis: A road team with a huge spread going their way, something different for this week. The Saints are too good on both sides of the ball to lose.
Indianapolis at Tennessee: Things continue to get worse for the Colts. A 62-7 loss had Peyton Manning looking very embarrassed to even be associated with the Colts. They won't lose that bad here but Tennessee takes it.
Detroit at Denver: An interesting game on paper as the Lions have one of the leagues worst defenses and Tim Tebow is suiting up for the Broncos. Detroit has a questionable Matt Stafford, making matters even more interesting. The Lions win a close one.
Washington at Buffalo: Game in Toronto. The Bills win here, adding more dismay to the fledgling Redskins who made a quarterback change too soon.
Cincinnati at Seattle: A close game will ensue in Seattle as both teams have less then good offenses. Andy Dalton does just enough as the Bengals pull to 5-2 on the year.
Cleveland at San Francisco: The 49ers take the field again after handing the Lions their first loss of the season. Cleveland barely beat Seattle last week, the 49ers are too strong as they put this game away early.
New England at Pittsburgh: The game of the week in the NFL. Pittsburgh is 1-6 against the Patriots when Tom Brady starts and 1-4 at Heinz Field. Things don't look too good for the Steelers on paper as Brady is suiting up. Pittsburgh after a slow start is finally getting things going, winning the last couple of outings. Pittsburgh wins here, things aren't always won on paper, the Steelers are getting into the groove of things.
Dallas at Philadelphia: Philadelphia looks to improve to 3-4 and make everything that much closer in the NFC East division. They will do just that winning a tight game here.
San Diego at Kansas City: The Monday night game for first place in the AFC West division. First place? Yes the Chiefs are back to fighting for things and the Chargers are doing their usual, losing games they should of won. Philip Rivers and the Chargers will win here, as they need to get back on track.
