NBA Stars to play in benefit for Obama

A slew of NBA players, past and present plus a couple of WNBA stars will play on Dec. 12th as a benefit for President Obama. The game titled, "Obama Classic Basketball Game", will be held in Washington DC.
Dwight Howard, Kevin Durant, Chris Paul, Carmelo Anthony, Ray Allen and Chris Bosh, are all expected to play in the game.
Other players include: Baron Davis, Vince Carter, Alonzo Mourning. Jamal Crawford, Rudy Gay, Kevin Love, Russell Westbrook, Amare Stoudemire, Blake Griffin, Tyler Hansbrough, Derek Fisher, Antawn Jamison, Juwan Howard, Quentin Richardson, Dahntay Jones, Brandon Knight, Jerry Stackhouse, John Wall, Dikembe Mutombo. Boston head coach Doc Rivers and Orlando assistant head coach Patrick Ewing are also to play.
All-time WNBA points leader Tina Thompson and Cheryl Miller, former USC great will play as well.
President Obama has not yet decided if he will play in addition, though he is known to be quite the basketball player.
Tickets are expected to run for $100 to $5,000 dollars for the game. All proceeds will go to the Obama Victory Fund.
