Injury reports: Tim Duncan left Monday's night game early after an injury to his left ankle. The 13 year forward is averaging 13 points and nine rebounds for the Spurs. DeJuan Blair is already out for the game, leaving the Spurs weak up front versus Golden State. Raymond Felton is set to miss tonights game but is expected to return Wednesday when the Nuggets take on Miami. Ty Lawson will take on more of the point guard duties for the Nuggets. Carlos Boozer returned after missing five games for Chicago. The Bulls didn't miss a beat, going 4-1 in the stretch. Chicago is hosting Sacramento, and tied for first in the Eastern Conference with a 49-19 record.


Lowry, James named players of the week: Kyle Lowry of the Houston Rockets earned player of the week honors for the Western Conference averaging 19 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists last week in an unbeaten week for the Rockets. Lowry became the first Rocket to earn a triple-double since 2002, on Sunday going for 28 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists in Houstons win over Utah. Lebron James won the honor once again for the Eastern Conference. Miami went 3-1 over the week, the only loss to Oklahoma City. James scored 43 points versus Atlanta on Friday.

Thabeet sent to Developmental league: Hasheem Thabeet was sent from Houston to the teams developmental team in Rio Grande. Thabeet was drafted number two in 2009 out of Connecticut. Thabeet played six games with the Dakota Wizards last year. Thabeet averaged double figures while with the Wizards. He was traded in a deadline-day deal from Memphis to Houston. Thabeet has appeared in two games since the trade.

Playoff Picture: Chicago and Boston both clinched their divisions. Orlando and Miami clinched playoff spots in the East. Over in the West, the Lakers clinched the Pacific division, while Dallas and San Antonio both clinched playoff spots. The Spurs remain 7.5 games ahead of Dallas in the Southwest division.
