Maclin cleared to play

Philadelphia Eagles wide-receiver Jeremy Maclin doesn't have cancer or leukemia. He has been cleared to return to Eagles camp.
Maclin underwent some tests after showing up to camp with weight-loss, lack of energy, swollen lymph nodes, and a low hemoglobin blood count. The normal hemoglobin amount is 14, Maclin only had 10. This is a sign of anemia when the body doesn't get enough oxygen from the red-blood cells. Maclin took a diagnostic laparoscopy to check out his abodomen, and a bone-marrow test. He also was tested for his lymph nodes. All tests turned up negative.
The wide-receiver from Missouri, told reporters he lost up to 15 pounds in February and March from mono-like symptoms.
Maclin was drafted by the Eagles with the 19th pick in the 2009 NFL Draft. He had 55 catches as a rookie and 70 last season for the Eagles. Maclin has 14 career touchdowns, and is known to be a burner like his counterpart on the other side, DeSean Jackson.
