Heat look to knot series up at one game on Wednesday

May 17th 2011 23:10
Chicago took apart Miami in the second half on Sunday, winning the game 103-82. The Heat were able to look at film and adjust for an extra day, now's the chance to rebound. The telling stats from game one was the lack of production from Lebron James and Dwayne Wade. Chris Bosh surprisingly enough was the bright spot scoring 30 points. Bosh outplayed whoever Chicago put on him. Didn't matter though.

Luol Deng became the difference maker for Chicago in game one, scoring 24 points. He dominated James when they were matched up together. Derrick Rose will need to continue scoring points, and dishing the ball out for the Bulls to thrive. He had 28 points and six assists in game one. Joakh
Joakhim Noah played a key role in Chicago's victory on Sunday. He is ready for more
im Noah nearly had a double-double with nine points and 14 rebounds. And Carlos Boozer made an appearance with 14 points and nine boards. A great game from the bench, easily outplaying Miami's earned the one-sided game in the end.

I'm not so sure Bosh can continue scoring so much points. He has struggled to do this during the season and playoffs. Which means James and Wade need to step up for Miami to have a chance. Guys off the bench need to produce also. Only four points from James Jones in 24 minutes, not good enough. Where was Joel Anthony on Sunday? Playing 31 minutes and not scoring one point is not good enough. Miami did not play good enough on Sunday. Will they step up and see the level of urgency tomorrow?

I know the Heat will play better, but not good enough to steal a game on the road. Maybe later in the series, not yet though. Chicago wins a close battle in the final seconds, with Rose outplaying Wade.

Luol Deng is a very underrated player who was and still is my key player for the series. He plays great D, and his offensive contributions are oftentimes overlooked.
