Football All-American Team

Auburn and Oregon players highlighted this year’s All-American team.
Heisman Trophy winner Cam Newton and defensive tackle Nick Fairley both were entries onto the team. Oregon has running back LaMichael James, offensive tackle Jordan Holmes and punt returner Cliff Harris on the team.
Pac-10 defensive player of the year, Stephan Paea is the only other PAC-10 player to be on the team. Connecticut who looks to be overmatched in next months bowl game versus Oklahoma has the nations number two running back in Jordan Todman who made the team. The nations leading tackler from Boston College, Luke Kuechly joined the team. Kuechly who totaled 171 tackles on the season, will have his hands full chasing down Nevada quarterback Colin Kaeperdnick next month in the Kraft Hunger bowl.

Nebraska: K. Alex Henerery and CB.Prince Amukamara
Wisconsin: TE. Lance Kendricks and OL Gabe Carimi
